A group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high energy workout not only challenges all skill levels, but it also builds stamina, improves coordination and flexibility, provides self-defense techniques, burns calories and builds lean muscle. Irene will leave you sweaty, smiling, strong, and a little sore.
